At SISSEL EDELBO, we hope you love your unique upcycled piece, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all vintage silk tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is folded carefully to protect the delicate hand-picked sari fabric.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
